    1. This book contains 5 different stories from the Inuit culture. Several of them are about various animals - origin stories, or one (the raven and the loon) is a tale similar to kipling's just so stories (like how the elephant got his trunk). It's a cute book. The stories are kept fairly short, and are easy for younger readers to read and understand (thought they might have to look up what a ptarmigan and a Snow Bunting are. I know I need to.).
