    1. This is a cute story about Egypt filled with lots of facts disguised as vacation highlights. Amelia & I enjoyed "writing" our names in hieroglyphics using the chart that the end of the bookNOTE: This is not on the BYL1 curriculum. I'm waiting for a different hieroglyphics book from the library and came across this while browsing at the library one day. I think we'll check out others in the series.

    4. Great informative text for younger children! The main characters are super cute and the illustrations pair very well with the information being provided. Overall great story line.

    5. Pictures are great! Text is informative. Very enjoyable. My daughter continues to ask for more of this series. As a parent, it is great she is reading, having fun and learning in her free time.
