    1. (Source: I received a digital copy of this book for free on a read-to-review basis. Thanks to author Mika B. Coit.)“My Mother wants me to marry into a very wealthy family from above our own rank in the rich list, like most of our Mother’s do.”This book was just not for me.I didn’t really like any of the characters in this book, and I found it quite hard to relate to them. The way they spoke was just odd, and I just really could not get a feel for them.“That Kazuki is hot but a little s [...]

    2. Once I started reading it took me a long time to get into this book, and I mean a long time. The title was very promising. I wanted to like this. I read the whole thing because I wanted to give it a chance. It just didn't get better. It lacked interesting characters and plot. Maybe it was the fact I need to read books that keep rising with action. The stakes have to be huge right at the beginning or they have to keep getting bigger. That didn't happen in this book. The demon expects kept my inte [...]

    3. (I received a copy from the author, In exchange for an honest review.)Actual rating - 2.5I just couldn't get into this one, so I felt bored early on unfortunately. I found it very hard to follow, so I spent a lot of it confused. It dragged for me because of it, which made the book feel longer than what it was.Overall, Not an enjoyable read for me unfortunately.

    4. I received a copy from the author, in exchange for an honest review.I am kind of disappointed in the way the book turned. I had such expectations for the book because the description sounded interesting. However, it was not for me. The characters were lacking for me. The writing style was lacking as well. Also, it was confusing and boring. It is the kind of story that does not retain someone's attention.

    5. Okay so first things first have to say that this lovely book was given to me for free to review by the author Mika. Thank you Mika for giving me this book I really enjoyed it.This book took me two chapters to get into it and a little longer to get into the style of writing because it was very proper like mother father is not instead of isn't. But once I got into it I fell in love and couldn't put it down. It made me feel like I was reading city of bones for the first time again and I loved that [...]

    6. The Forgotten Sin (Purifiers Book 1) is a new riveting tale that had me rapidly flipping the pages in a reading frenzy! From the opening scene when a young girl is summoned in a dream by crying voices, I found myself completely lost in this story.Iliana D’coye sets forth on a mission to help other humans free themselves from the darkness within. With the assistance of other 'Purifies'—individuals who can essentially cleanse a human soul—she embarks on a campaign of good verses evil.Fantast [...]

    7. ****1/2 StarsIliana D'Coye the female protagonist in this novel is an amazing girl with incredible gifts. Her story starts with her return to her parents and quickly delves into the fight between miracles and demons. There's darkness and light in her world and it leaves the reader filled with questions.I really love the story that Coit has created here. She satisfies the reader's curiosity while still leaving you wanting more. Her scenes are written with amazing description and visual imagery an [...]
