    1. Thanks to T L Searle for giving me this book to review.Aquila has finally found out what she is and has discovered friends, family and love in the city of Celthia. However, she has been kidnapped by the Dragone while trying to rescue her mother, but she has been betrayed and injured by the man she loves, Liam. Now she must find a way to escape, but whilst there she begins to questions things, why the future ruler of the Dragone looks so familiar, and why they do not act like the people the Avian [...]

    2. First of all I have to say that I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. :)I also have to say that I did not read the first book of this series. Now that all these things are cleared up, let’s just dive into the review. :)"In the city of Celthia, carved inside a snow-capped mountain, Seventeen year old Aquila (Aqua) Vickers finally discovered what she is. Avian in nature, the angeli are a proud and regimented winged race. Aqua’s father, the elusive Marcus, was the Ov [...]

    3. I was given a copy of this book through in exchange for an honest review The moment I finished From The Darkness, I had to get straight into this book! I've never been so happy that I entered a giveaway before. The first book didn't really hook me until the last 100 pages, and once I fell I fell hard. The second book just offers so much more and the characters and their development really push this novel. The first thing I have to say is Aquila really comes into herself in this book. In the las [...]

    4. Wow. I wished there was more but at the same I'm quite happy the way the book concluded.Into the Light, is the continuation wherein Aqua was captured at the same time during her captivity, she doesn't realize there may be more secrets than ever.I still can't believe that Liam shot her although he has his own reason for it. I admired Aqua's character grwoth development. She may still be impulsive but she's born to lead and do good things. I adore her mother especially hn she seems pretty laid bac [...]

    5. "I am not afraid of the dark. I live within it. I plough a line through it, every day of my life; I am not a product of it.""When you've loved another person so fiercely that they've claimed a piece of your soul, losing them is like having your heart ripped out in shreds. In an attempt to rescue her mother Libby from the Dragones, Aquila is injured and captured. She soon realizes that she wasn't shot by the enemy, but by Liam, the man she loves and who is part of her soul. Her captivity brings not [...]

    7. Seventeen year old Aqua has been taken captive. She's locked in a cage, with her drugged mother and a small dragone boy, Brue, one of her captors. This novel is the sequel to Aquila; From the Darkness. With bright amber eyes and large black wings, seventeen year old Aqua is not your average teen. In Celthia, a city carved within a mountain, Aqua discovered that she's half angeli and halfmething else. The dragone are strong, dark creatures and Aqua has found herself captive and at their mercy. Coul [...]
