    1. I realized I posted my review only on and not hereoops.I have been waiting patiently for Ms. Krizek to release a new book. I thoroughly enjoyed her Arathians series which has some ties to this book. Ms Krizek did not disappoint.Karo is a member of the upper social class and is stuck in his scientific customs and rituals. Everything is by the book. When it is time for him to take a mate, he follows tradition and accepts a genetic pairing. Aevum is his total opposite. She is a free spirit, comes [...]

    2. Worth the waitThis book was worth the wait.I enjoyed the other three books with the Arathians. This spinned off from the last book in this series. It actually had a some surprises to it. I wonder what the next book entails. Maybe Karo's friend Reus will be in the next one. Who knows.

    3. Flat out loved this book! Great story. I fell in love with the character's. I've read a 5 of her books and enjoyed them all.

    4. Much improvedThis installment is such a vast improvement over the original series that I felt required to comment. While still sexy this story has the heart and soul needed to move it to the next level. I could not figure out how our hero and heroine would get their HEA. I had lots of guesses, but not a clear answer which had been the case in the original series. But the most improved was the character developments allowing the reader to truly identify and empathize with the characters. It’s gr [...]

    5. An emotion filled bookI read this book and was confused at first about the past and future jumping back and forth. It was a mystery how the past and future were going to pan out. It then became frustrating not knowing how Karo ended up where he was. By the end you feel Karo's pain and need and the ending made all those feelings worth it. Good read.

    6. Sci fi and sex. What more could you ask for? Not entirely unpredictable, but an entertaining fast read. Also, who knew that future aliens would be so generous and caring?
